I have just had a pallet delivered to my house in Crewe and I would like to make the following comments:

I would like to thank all of the girls concerned for there help and assurance that I would have the delivery on time and agreed as on 20.11.08.

Your driver had a most difficult address to deliver to! He could not get his vehicle to the point of delivery as cars were parked in the streets, blocking the entry to the address required.

One of Browns Profesional drivers did not give in (SERVICE GUARANTEED), he parked his vehicle two streets away and using the pump truck pushing the pallet to my garage with no complaints and then placed it where I asked him to. Been the professional driver that he is with no complaints and courteous at all time he is a credit to your company and a driver to admire.

My wife and I would like to thank him for his efficiency and the delivery was made on time.
