Every year Browns Distribution donates any money raised to a chosen charity.

This year we have decided to donate all proceeds to ‘Keep Smilin’.

Keep Smilin's a social enterprise/ charity that is phenomenally driven and passionate about helping people with mental health problems like: depression, anxieties, eating disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia and many more.

Browns will be holding a raffle to raise money for Keep Smilin whereby you could win a number of festive items. From bottles of wine to Christmas Hampers.

Currently Haultechs offices are situated in Ravensdale, Tunstall where all sales, training and programme development is undergone. A decision has been made to re-locate the business to purpose built premises in Silverdale which allows an increase in growth. The move is planned to happen mid- December where an open day will be announced.

On the opening day Panasonic have kindly offered to have their Formula 1 Replica car available allowing our clients to experience sitting in an F1 car. Connected to a Playsation 3 and multiple plasma screens at the front of the car people will be able to try and beat times set by one another.

Palletline 2009 Audit

Every Year Palletline PLC independently Audits all of the member depots. The Audit takes into consideration Network Charter Compliance at depot member level. The thought behind the process is to increase customer satisfaction by improving services undergone by depots. Recommendations are put forward for areas that could be improved.

The Audits are done by The Freight Transport Association and Palletline Network Services and the marking criteria is fierce. This year every depot completed the Audit successfully with only minor adjustments been necessary. Browns Distribution Services Ltd was one of the depots that excelled in the process and achieved full marks in all areas.

The entire Management Team and all employees are happy to have this recognition from Palletline PLC.
