Terms and Conditions

Browns Distribution Services Ltd work under the Standard Terms and Conditions laid out by The Road Haulage Association. These are covered under Conditions of Carriage 2009 and Conditions of Storage. A copy is available upon request. Our Conditions of Carriage carry a Goods in Transit insurance of £1,300 per Tonne. Higher Insurance cover is available upon written request. Please contact our sales department for further details. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the end of the month in which the goods are carried. All rates quoted are excluding VAT and a fuel Surcharge. Cheques should be made payable to Browns Distribution Services Ltd. Signed Terms and conditions will be required prior to pallet movements. Trade references may be required.
